2Account Registration

When creating an account on bx88, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Each individual may only operate one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Providing false information will result in account suspension.

3Bonuses & Promotions

Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, VPNs, or other such methods will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Bx88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and may take up to 24 hours.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals placed on hold. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Bx88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and investigate accounts in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

5Betting Rules

Once a bet placed on bx88 is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds in live betting change rapidly — if odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the bet will be processed at the updated odds.

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bx88 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20.
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by your account tier.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Closure

You can voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing your balance before closing your account.

Bx88 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons: breach of terms, evidence of fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or a self-exclusion request under our responsible betting policy. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be returned through the designated process.
